- Support in identifying, setting, and reinforcing boundaries around rest
- Working through feelings of overwhelm to gain clarity around what is most important to you
- Developing systems to support you in creating more efficiency and ease by prioritizing what’s most important in your business
- Creating an achievable action plan to move the needle forward in your business
- Developing a strategy for visibility, outreach, and broadening your reach
- Working through a fear or resistance around your vision or your goals
- Exploring ways to navigate difficulties or blocks that may arise with clients or in your personal life
- Exploring the process of letting go- a space to process your feelings, honor what is, come to acceptance, begin to release those parts of your identity, and explore first steps around what’s next
