I see business ownership, especially amongst heart centered entrepreneurs, as one of the most sacred journeys of self awareness, self discovery, and self growth that one can choose in their life. 

As entrepreneurs, we are the radicals, the innovators, the leaders, the trailblazers, the change makers. And stepping into entrepreneurship opens up a pathway for healing ourselves, our communities, and our world.

I'm Lauren (she/her), I'm a Holistic Business Coach. I help high achieving, heart centered entrepreneurs recalibrate their relationship with their business so that they can overcome burnout, reignite their creative spark, and push back against capitalism, patriarchy, and toxic positivity.

Too often, I’ve seen business owners and heart centered practitioners sacrifice themselves in the name of success. I've been there, too. And I no longer believe that success, however we define that for ourselves, has to come at a sacrifice, regardless of what our current systems would have us believe. The world we are living in is very broken. And I believe wholeheartedly that another way is possible.

For me, being an entrepreneur is a healthy and productive act of resistance. And I’m on a mission to support entrepreneurs in recalibrating their relationship to their business so that it’s more sustainable. So that they are well resourced. So that they have a community of support. So that their work is easeful and inspires joy, play, and creativity.

Because when we are joyful, playful, and creative, we get to put our best work and our best selves out there. And more people sharing their best and highest self with others, especially through business, is how we can inspire others to try a different way and together we can make a real difference in this crazy world.

 As a Certified Sacred Depths Practitioner, Certified BodyMind Method Coach, and retired clinical massage therapist, my understanding of the body and the embodiment process has been shaped by decades of experience. That includes my early work as a Board-Certified Music Therapist with teens, my work in psychiatric facilities as a Creative Arts Therapist, 15 years as a massage therapist, and my ongoing passion for helping people reconnect with their whole selves through embodied coaching.
